Long-Term Mentorship Program

Service Description

The Long Term Mentorship Program is a one-on-one consulting and coaching curriculum developed for clients who are looking for holistic growth in their careers. The program typically lasts between six to nine months, with weekly hour-long couching sessions. Initially in the sessions, we conduct an in-depth analysis of your current standing, looking at your strengths and continued patterns that need to be changed. We then develop a goal and curriculum to help break these patterns and develop your skills to meet your goals. Through the six months you’ll receive in depth analysis, strategic guidance, and accountability to your goals. Because of the rigor of this program, LLK conducts a screening process for potential clients. Before joining the program you must have an interview with our head consultant, Lucia Lucka Klansek, to establish your needs and to make sure we are the right fit for you.
